Kahden vuoden takaisesta bussionnettomuudesta toipuneelta The Ghost Insiden rumpali Andrew Tkaczykilta uusi projekti

Sen sijaan The Ghost Insiden tulevaisuus on edelleen vaakalaudalla.

Laulaja Jonathan Vigil kertoi viime vuoden päivityksessään The Ghost Insiden taukoamattomasta asenteesta ennen onnettomuutta. He eivät uskaltaneet pysähtyä, vaan tekivät jatkuvaa työtä.

While spending so much time traveling and just playing for anyone who would open their ears to us, it was impossible to ever see what the band was. I only saw it as a passion that needed to keep going. It needed exposure and constant attention to progress. I couldn’t stop because if we stopped, then it was done. It would be over. That’s what we thought and that’s what it felt like. I was on the inside looking out and I could never see what it was like on the outside looking in. It’s been over 2 years since The Ghost Inside has been able to do anything. There’s still gigantic physical and mental limitations. —- Today, I saw the stats of the TGI artist page from Spotify. I was honestly stunned. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It’s been 2 years since we’ve been able to do anything. 2 years. We were terrified to even take 2 months off of touring to write and record an album because we didn’t want people to forget us. But today, I saw that people from 61 different countries have listened to our 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014 albums for nearly 800k hours. 2 years out. People still care and that is something I never, ever could fathom being on the inside. —- It’s been a long and very tough 2 years. When I first picked up a microphone, I never would have imagined it would get here. The truth is, I’ve taken a step back and taken some time to think about what TGI is. So I want to say thank you to everyone who listens, tweets, posts, gets tattoos, reaches out, messages on Instagram/Twitter/Snapchat, watches streams, gets merch, or to anyone who cares about The Ghost Inside. Still. I’ve made this my life but I never believed something I was a part of could make this much of an impact on others. #Destined
