”After careful consideration we have decided to fire Asim because – in short – he has proven to be too unreliable, unpredictable and untrustworthy. We are slightly disappointed with how things turned out with him but luckily there are other people with the motivation, characteristics and skills necessary to fill the position. We are also relieved that we don’t have to deal with the drama any more and can now focus on the stuff that matters.”
