Peter Tägtgren antaa päivitystä Hypocrisyn tulevaisuuteen liittyen

Ruotsalaismuusikko Peter Tägtgren nauttii suurta suosiota kesäkuussa Vantaalle The Rockfestiinkin saapuvan Pain-industrial metal -yhtyeensä johdosta, mutta moni miehen faneista haikailee tämän toisen yhtyeen Hypocrisyn perään. Death metal -kokoonpano ei ole julkaissut uutta materiaalia sitten vuoden 2013, ja mikäli Tägtgrenin uuteen Facebook-päivitykseen on uskominen, ei yhtye ole tekemässä paluuta niin keikkalavoille kuin levytyspuolellakaan ainakaan lähitulevaisuudessa. Tägtgren kertoo olevansa epävarma Hypocrisyn nykytilasta, eikä halua yhtyeen tekevän paluuta vääristä syistä, mikä voisi hänen mukaansa johtaa puolitiehen jääneeseen paluulevyyn. Tägtgren kertoo:

I have a hard time being motivated of writing new songs for that band.

I feel that after 26 years of building up the band to its status today in the world,
then I think…
where do we go from here??

I’m really happy to see Horgh is busy with new Immortal
And that will buy some time to figure out what to do in the best of interest of Hypocrisy and what is respectful to our loving fans all over the globe..
