Conception julkaisi musiikkivideon tuoreelle kappaleelleen ”Waywardly Broken”

Norjalainen progemetallia soittava Conception on julkaissut musiikkivideon kappaleelleen ”Waywardly Broken”. Biisi löytyy bändin 3. päivä huhtikuuta julkaistavalta ”State of Deception” -albumilta. Kitaristi Tore Ostby:

“’Waywardly Broken’ actually has its roots from back in the early 2000s, when Roy and I shared a house in Oslo – he was in Kamelot and I was in ARK. We jammed out a verse part on guitar and keyboard, but didn’t add the basic chorus until around 2006, and then finally the string melody, mid section, arrangement and vocal melodies when we were up in the Norwegian mountains somewhen around 2017.

Apart from the musical side, the song also connects on a personal level, singer Roy Khan states: “All four members of Conception have had their turns with mental hardships and rough times. ’Waywardly Broken’ is about finding hope and believing in something larger than yourself in struggle for survival.”
