Corey Taylor hehkuttaa Stone Sourin tulevaa albumia: ”Coolein projekti sitten Slipknotin ensimmäisen albumin”
Slipknotista tutun Corey Taylorin luotsaama raskasta rockia soittava Stone Sour julkaisee myöhemmin tänä vuonna uuden ”Hydrograd” -nimisen albuminsa RoadRunner Recordsin kautta. Corey Taylor on antanut hiljattain haastattelun Daniel P. Carterin luotsaamalle Rock Show With Daniel P Carterille, jossa on kertonut yhtyeellä olevan jo 16 kappaletta valmiina tulevaa albumiaan varten. Corey on yltynyt myös haastattelussa hehkuttamaan tulevaa albumia toiseksi cooleimmaksi projektiksi mitä on ikinä tehnyt Slipknotin ensimmäisen albumin jälkeen. Voit lukea Coreyn ajatuksia tästä:
“We have six singles on this album… We’re just gonna come out and bust people and see what happens. I’m really really excited, this album is great because its got elements of everything. Its got the heavy energy of the 80’s, there’s punk moments, there’s hard rock moments—all the great amalgam of music. Hell, there’s even jazz and hip hop moments, it’s really, really cool. It’s probably the coolest album I’ve made since the first Slipknot album. It’s dope dude. I feel very confident making that statement ’cause it’s sooo good.”
