Saksalainen ”dancecoreksi” musiikkian kuvaileva Haribo Macht Kinder Froh joutuu vaihtamaan nimeä. Syynä tähän on Haribo -yhtiö, joka on haastanut yhtyeen oikeuteen nimensä käytöstä. Lue lisää nähdäksesi yhtyeen virallinen viesti aiheeseen liittyen.

Because of legal issues, the HARIBO company demands that from now on we can’t use our band name anymore. Even though we knew about the fact that this name was copyrighted, we never wanted to benefit from the name. We just wanted to have a name that reflects the party vibe we stand for.

Next to the fact that we have to change the name, this verdict also has big financial consequences for us. Besides the legal costs, we are also not allowed to sell our shirts and CD’s anymore. This means we can’t do the whole goodbye tour the way we wanted to. We still try to do a few shows and hope to see all of you there.
