Metallica julkistaa uuden dokumenttielokuvan Metallica Saved My Life ja julkaisi teaser-trailerin

Metallica on jakanut teaser-trailerin tulevasta Metallica Saved My Life -dokumenttielokuvasta. Elokuva sisältää kertomuksia siitä, miten yhtye on vaikuttanut faniensa elämään positiivisesti sekä yhtyeen jäsenten omia näkemyksiä ja kertomuksia. Elokuvan on ohjannut Jonas Åkerlund, joka on lukuisten musiikkivideoiden lisäksi vastannut muun muassa Horsemen- , Lords of Chaos- ja Polar-elokuvien ohjaamisesta. Yhtye tiedottaa:

From Award-winning director Jonas Åkerlund, ”Metallica Saved My Life” explores the world of Metallica through the lives of their fans—including the band members themselves — who have supported each other through highs, lows, trials, and triumphs for over four decades.
