Prosthetic Records veti kataloginsa Spotifyista

Spotifyista karkaavien levy-yhtiöiden lista jatkuu kun Prosthetic Records on ilmoittanut vetävänsä kataloginsa pois musiikkipalvelusta. Syyksi yhtiö kertoo huonot tulokset. Myös Metal Blade Records ja Century Media ovat vetäneet artistiensa musiikit pois palvelusta.

Prosthetic Recordsin osaomistaja E.J. Johantgenin mietteet aiheesta:

”There [does] not appear to be an upside. The only income from the service comes in ”fractions of pennies,” even on their biggest titles. I would like to see what their projected ad revenue would be. Then we could really determine if their rates are fair.”
