Trivium-basisti streamauspalveluista: ”Luulen, että tulee musiikkiteollisuus tulee muuttumaan paljon ja parempaan suuntaan”
Yhdysvaltalaisen metalliyhtye Triviumin basisti Paolo Gregoletto antoi hiljattain itävaltalaiselle Mulatschag TV:lle haastattelun, jossa kertoo odottavansa innolla, mihin suuntaan streamauspalvelut kuten Spotify tulevat viemään musiikkiteollisuuden. Etenkin vanhemman sukupolven muusikot ovat suhtautuneet ilmiöön pääosin kielteisesti. Gregoletto itse kommentoi seuraavasti sitä, että yhä useampi kuuntelee musiikkia palveluiden kautta sekä tämän vaikutuksia levyjen myyntiin:
”We’re already well on our way to doing pretty good on [the streaming] front, and I think it keeps growing.
”I just am really excited where the next ten years goes — not only for our band but for music.

”I think things are gonna change big time and for the better.
