Charred Walls Of The Damned (ex-Judas Priest, Death) julkaisemassa uutta albumiaan syyskuussa: Kuuntele uusi single
Entisen Death– ja Iced Earth -rumpali Richard Christyn luotsaama Charred Walls Of The Damned julkaisee ”Creatures Watching Over The Dead” -nimisen kolmannen studioalbuminsa 23.9. Metal Blade Recordsin kautta. Levyltä on julkaistu ensimmäinen single ”The Soulless”, jonka voit kuunnella alta. Christyn lisäksi kokoonpanossa vaikuttavat laulaja Tim ”Ripper” Owens (ex-Judas Priest, Iced Earth), mm. Deathista ja Testamentista tuttu basisti Steve Digiorgio sekä kitaristi Jason Suecof. Christy kommentoi seuraavasti tavoitettaan albumin sekä itse yhtyeen kannalta:
”To bring the metal! I want people to listen to this album, bang their head, and have fun.” It’s actually hard to imagine anyone with even the slightest hankering for the hard stuff not having this exact reaction when exposed to the nine tracks comprising the record — for this is heavy, catchy, anthemic and downright killer music to wreck your neck to. At the same time, it stands as one of the most uplifting contributions to the metal canon of 2016, which is both timely and welcome.”
